Blatnick Law · Est. 2026
We are a litigation-first firm. Every matter we accept is built from day one as if it will be tried — because opposing counsel can tell the difference, and so can juries.
No. 01 — Practice Areas
Six disciplines, one posture: prepared to try the case.
Complex business disputes — contract claims, partnership breakups, fraud, and business torts — for plaintiffs and defendants at every stage of litigation.
Commercial LitigationCriminal and regulatory defense for individuals and institutions facing federal investigations, grand jury proceedings, and government enforcement actions.
White Collar DefenseAppellate briefing and oral argument in state and federal courts — preserving hard-won trial victories and reversing adverse judgments.
AppealsRepresentation in SEC investigations, enforcement proceedings, and FINRA arbitrations for broker-dealers, investment advisers, and financial professionals.
SEC and FINRA DefensePatent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright disputes — enforcing and defending intellectual property rights.
IP LitigationAgricultural disputes including land use, water rights, commodity contracts, and farm finance — representing producers, co-ops, and agribusinesses.
Ag. LitigationNo. 02 — The Firm
Blatnick Law was founded by Sam Blatnick a litigation & trial lawyer who believes disputes are won by the side that knows the record best. Twenty-four years later, that is still the whole strategy.
To give every client — individual or institution — representation prepared to the standard of trial, candid advice about risk, and a clear account of where their case stands at every stage.
We staff matters leanly and deliberately: a partner who knows your file, not a rotating cast. Early case assessment within 30 days, a written litigation plan, and settlement posture driven by trial readiness — never by fatigue.
Candor over comfort. We will tell you when the case is weak, what it will cost, and what a realistic outcome looks like. Transparent billing, prompt communication, and no surprises in either direction.

No. 03 — Representative Results
A selection of representative matters. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every matter turns on its own facts.

No. 04 — How a Matter Proceeds
We review your documents, assess claims and defenses, and give you a candid written assessment — including whether litigation is worth pursuing at all.
Discovery, motion practice, and evidence development under a written litigation plan with budget checkpoints you approve in advance.
Settlement from a position of strength, or trial. You decide; we advise. Either way, the case was built to be tried.
No. 05 — Attorney
Founder & Principal Attorney
For more than twenty-four years I worked for others. Starting at Cravath out of law school, and then nearly a decade at Kirkland, I have now taken my diverse experiences representing defendants, plaintiffs, debtors, and creditors across the country and around the globe to my own platform. Given my diverse experiences, my playbook is extensive and growing every day.
Meet Blatnick Law LLC. We are a unique litigation boutique founded on three simple (but oft forgotten) principles: Advocacy, Integrity & Results.™
No. 08 — Contact
Call or email directly. A partner — not a call center — responds within one business day.
